In March 2017 the ninth Kosmopolis biennial festival was held in Barcelona. Writers, philosophers and artists played an active role in the event, under the slogan “When everything changes”. It offered five days of amplified literature, with conferences, dialogues, talks, projections, performances, recitals, workshops and exhibitions, where the spirit of change flowed freely. This publication offers a showcase (although necessarily partial and incomplete) for all the content generated during the festival and is the first in the new Kosmopolis biennial book collection.
