Pascual Barberán

Pascual Barberán Molina studied Law (Universidad Complutense de Madrid) and is a practising lawyer. He is founder member of Barberán & González, a practice specializing in intellectual property and representing both authors and editors and producers, as well as collaborating with public and private institutions. He combines his work as a lawyer with lecturing on intellectual property on master’s courses at the University of Alcalá and in the company Cálamo y Cran, working in Madrid, Barcelona and London. He is a regular speaker and gives seminars and courses on the subject of author’s rights, electronic books and the new open licensing. He is the author of Manual Práctico de Propiedad Intelectual (Tecnos, 2010) and other publications.
