Carmenchu Buganza

Carmenchu Buganza studied Law (Universidad Iberoamericana, Mexico), has a master’s in European Law (Institute of European Studies-ULB, Belgium) and a PhD in Law (University of Barcelona).

In the professional field, her legal specialty is exclusive rights, advising companies and rights holders in the management of their intangible heritage, drafting contracts, participating in negotiations and providing legal assistance in litigation. She is a member of the Professional Institute of Lawyers of Barcelona.

In the academic field, she is associate lecturer in the Department of Mercantile Law at the University of Barcelona, and director of the master’s degree in Intellectual and Industrial Property and International Business Law at the Online Business School.
