Ferran Clavell
Ferran Clavell is head of Innovation and Future Media of Digital Media at the Catalan Audiovisual Media Corporation (CCMA). For the last 15 years he has taken part in the creation and evolution of various interactive services, such as internet portals of TV3 and Catalunya Ràdio, TV3alacarta, apps for mobiles and tablets, and connected TV series. Since 2006 he has concentrated on interactive narrative, promoting interactive documentary projects such as Guernica, pintura de guerra (runner-up in the Digital Emmy Awards) and organizing the first CCMA hackathon. Clavell is co-author of the books Comunicación Audiovisual Digital, Industrias de la Comunicación Audiovisual, La Ficció Cinematogràfica, avui and Llibre d’Estil de la CCMA. He currently coordinates TV3’s competition for the production of interactive documentaries.
