Esteban Feune de Colombi

Multi-disciplinary artist moving between poetry, the stage and photography.

Esteban Feune de Colombi is a poet, actor, photographer and performer. He has published several books, most recently: Del infinito al bife (Caja Negra Editora, 2019), Creo en la historia de mis pasos (Seix Barral, 2021), Dos hombres que caminan (Ediciones Menguantes, 2022) and Limbos terrestres (Anagrama, 2023). As an actor, he has taken lead roles in several films and has been part of the cast for two seasons of Entrevistas breves con escritores repulsivos, a stage proposal based on a book by David Foster Wallace and directed by Marc Caellas. With the latter he adapted for theatre El paseo, by Robert Walser, a stand-up play for theatre in which he played lead role in the streets of Buenos Aires, Montevideo, Bogotá, San Pablo, Madrid and Barcelona.

As a photographer, he has presented three individual exhibitions: «Americanizado» (San Pablo, 2011), «F*** Me I’m Famous!» (Buenos Aires, 2012) and «Leídos» (Biblioteca Nacional, Buenos Aires, 2014). As a performer, he has staged several exhibitions and performances. In 2013 he created, together with Marc Caellas, the company La Soledad, focused on performances, itinerant and site-specific stage proposals.
