At the height of the foodie phenomenon, her first book The Edible Atlas looks set to mark a before and after in gastronomic literature.

Mina Holland, a London-based journalist and writer, is editor of the Observer Food Monthly of the prestigious UK daily The Guardian. She is an English graduate from the University of Leeds, continued her studies at the University of Berkeley and lived for a while in Spain before embarking on a short career in the advertising world. She currently devotes herself to food writing. The Edible Atlas (2014), her first book, skilfully combines literature, gastronomy and history.
