Emma Llensa

Emma Llensa (La Bisbal d’Empordà, 1986) studied Philosophy at the University of Girona. In 2009, together with Maria Cerezo, she set up Carpaccio Magazine, in digital and printed format, to promote upcoming artists. In 2010, she was co-founder of Atem Books, a publisher of monographic works about upcoming artists in a luxury fanzine format. These publishing experiences prompted her, with Maria Cerezo, to set up Ubicuo Studio a company/publisher that designs, develops and publishes enriched books, apps and video games for mobile devices and other platforms. Her experience in digital publishing and app design has led her to produce web app design courses and digital publications for different universities and places in Spain and set up an online training school.
