Eco-Publishing: A Mission Possible?

Is it possible to produce a book using environmentally-friendly criteria? The workshop, part practical and part discussion, consists of collaboratively thinking up books across their entire life cycle (design, typesetting, printing, distribution, end of life cycle) based on good practices in eco-publishing, a way of minimising the environmental impact of book production. We will experience how the ecological rucksack is calculated to communicate the environmental impact and show the savings achieved in the implementation of best practices. We will discuss formats for disseminating contents and forms of reading.
