The Xcèntric Archive is a space where you can freely browse more than a thousand innovative and experimental films. Over the course of the festival, you’ll find a selection of pieces that open a window onto cinematic language: from the experiments with the expressive hand-drawn images of Norman McLaren, to the calligraphy and imaginary languages developed by Érik Bullot in Glossolalie, by way of experimental works that draw their inspiration straight from poetry, such as Combat de boxe by Charles Dekeukeleire, and The Time We Killed, a tale by Jennifer Reeves in pseudo-dairy style.
