Various figures from the world of culture and activism will come together to read aloud a selection of texts and poems by Palestinian authors, such as Mahmud Darwish, Ghassan Kanafani, Fadwa Tuqan, Elias Khoury and Asma Azaizeh, among others.

This collective reading is a further condemnation of the genocide in Gaza, while also advocating for literature and the word as a space for resistance, memory and dialogue.

The selection of texts has been curated by the Palestinian-Syrian poet, translator, writer, and journalist Mohamad Bitari, born in Damascus and currently residing in Barcelona.
