Paula Cabaleiro is a cultural manager and an exhibition curator with more than 15 years of experience. Since 2024, she has been a member of the Council for Galician Culture, where she coordinates the Section for Creation and Contemporary Visual Arts and the Committee for Management and Cultural Policies. She has been the director of culture for the Pontevedra Provincial Council (2020-2024) and director of the Florencio de la Fuente Museum of Contemporary Art (Huete, Cuenca, 2015-2020). She is also the curator and coordinator of various programs, fairs, and artistic residencies in Galicia, including Estudio Aberto (2013-2016) and, currently, O (re)encontro (2025), as part of the Provincial Museum Network of the Lugo Provincial Council. Since 2025, she has also been part of the team organizing the cross-border festival IKFEM Tui-Valença. Her work is notable for promoting gender equality, accessibility, sustainability, and cultural participation.
