Salva Soler

Salva Soler, a Barcelona slammer, started writing in poetry format when he was a kid. It was not until the age of 26 though, in 2003, that he decided to devote himself fully to the art, starting studies as an actor, singer and dramatist at Eòlia School of Dramatic Arts. His poems are turned into lyrics by the band Eirené. At the same time, he has developed his career as an actor, in theEl Cor de la Ciutatseries for TV3-Televisió de Catalunya and numerous text and music theatrical productions, including Peer Gynt, directed by Calixto Bieito at the Teatre Grec and Lorca eran todos, directed by Pepe Rubianes.

He is currently directing an acting studio called Set Sentits Teatre. He has won three Barcelona Poetry Slams, and Slham L’Hospitalet and Santako Poetry Slam.
