Ikram Bouloum

Ikram Bouloum is an artistic driving force working in many directions. Of Moroccan parents, and born in an inland town of Catalonia, she now lives in Barcelona. Her professional career has led her to become a cultural agitator, participating in numerous projects as a programmer and researcher as well as producing music that has been played at major festivities in Barcelona as well as internationally. Her sessions are conceived as a form of storytelling or something akin to sound literature. Her utopian space is polyphonic, allowing many voices to be represented.
