Meritxell Terrón (Barcelona, 1990) holds a degree in Journalism from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, a Master’s degree in Creative Writing from the University of Seville and is currently taking an inter-university PhD in Communications with the universities of Malaga, Seville, Huelva and Cadiz.
In the year 2014, together with IT engineer José Molina, she launched a project to democratise access to creative writing training, Literup. This is the first literary social network that applies gamification techniques to encourage learning. She is currently undertaking tasks in communication and coordination of the workers and contributors of Literup and, through her thesis, is developing 3.0 courses with all the necessary training required by a writer and an active reader.
