In recent decades Jarvis Cocker has been an icon of pop music. Frontman of the band Pulp, he has written songs that have marked more than one generation as part of a musical project that has aimed to subvert the British cultural scene. In Kosmopolis, he will reveal his more intimate side as it appears in his memoirs Good Pop, Bad Pop (in Spanish, Buen pop, mal pop, Blackie Books, 2023), where he describes how objects he finds when clearing the attic of his London home have led him to reflect upon his life and musical career. This is a personal cabinet of curiosities that act to create the storyline of a book that goes beyond biography to give a portrayal of a whole epoch.

In this hotly anticipated conversation, Jarvis Cocker will be accompanied by Guillem Gisbert, one of the most important figures in the Catalan music scene.
