Writer Borja Bagunyà and photographer Aleix Plademunt present Being No One, an installation that retraces Odysseus travels in Homer’s Odyssey and proposes a reflection on the evolution of the Mediterranean today, affected by mass tourism, and on our gaze as tourists in constant pursuit of authenticity. The project incorporated in-depth research into Homer’s text and its current re-readings, with the participation of thinkers such as Marina Garcés, Mabel Tapia, Aida Míguez, and Miquel Bassols. The installation features previously unreleased music by the duo Tarta Relena and a space design by MAIO Architects.

During the presentation, the authors will share some key aspects of their creative and conceptual process, before inviting attendees to enter the installation and delve into a fragmentary story that is both personal and collective at the same time.
