The entry onto the book scene of third generation technologies (augmented reality, facial recognition, intelligent sensors, systems of recommendation based on real satisfaction and interactive apps for mobile devices) offers libraries a wide range of opportunities to enhance user experience. This round table brings together experts in a debate about how these new technologies are set to change the way libraries offer their services to users, how they can help to select contents, and how, via screens, they will become meeting points with their users.
